Shipping
Everything ships USPS by default. Orders under $5 ship for $2.50; orders above $5 and under $15 ships for $4.50. The highest shipping cost is $20 for orders $80 or more. Occasional handling fees may apply due to item size, weight and/or packaging required.
Returns/Exchanges
Please mail returns back to JDA Promo. Include a note with your name and order number. Once we receive your items, our customer service team will be in touch.
