How To Buy


We've made it easy for you to buy online. If you still have questions after reading this document, please Contact Us and we will walk you through the purchase process.


  1. Select Products
    Visit our Product Catalog page to view items broken down by categories. To make your online purchase easier, we have built-in steps. Start by selecting the category, then SubCategory to narrow down your search. Then select the criteria, if any, from the search page. Or you can manually enter your criteria in the search field on the upper left of the page.
    Click the Add to Cart button when you find your products, and we will keep track of your items in your Shopping Cart while your continue shop.

  2. Proceed to Checkout
    When you are finished shopping, click the Check Out button from your Shopping Cart to proceed through the checkout procedure.

  3. Login/Create Account
    If this is your first visit, click the New User Account button to create a user account. This will include contact information and your first address. Other addresses may be added later.
    If you already have an account, you can login anytime by clicking Account Login. When you login, you gain access to your private account information and special features that may be available from time-to-time. If you haven't logged in by the time you proceed to checkout, you will be asked to login to complete the transaction.
     
  4. Shipping Information
    The addresses that are available to you for shipping reside in the Ship-To This Address: dropdown. Select an address from the list or simply use the default.
    Below that is a box to enter any information pertaining to the shipment (i.e. leave on back porch, etc.) Or if this order is to be picked up at our warehouse select that option.
    Next, specify to whom the package should be addressed, with a phone number. This information will help the delivery person contact you if a problem is experienced.
    Finally select the shipping type you desire remembering that the faster the shipment, the more expense is incurred.
    Click the Submit Shipping button when you have completed these items to proceed to...
     
  5. Payment Information
    The addresses that are available to you for billing reside in the Bill-To This Address: dropdown. Select an address from the list or simply use the default.
    Next, select the form of payment. If this is your first visit then you will have to enter your payment information. Subsequent visits will have this information available for you. (Is this information safe?)
    If you are using a purchase order, that number may be entered at the bottom of the payment page.
    Click the Submit Payment when you have completed these items to proceed to...
     
  6. Confirm Order
    This final step is where you may view the entire order and review its accuracy. If there is anything you would like to add or change, this is your opportunity.
    To make changes, click the Update button from the section you would like to change. If you do make any changes, when you continue from that page, you will be return the the Confirm Order page.
    Click the Submit Order button when you are happy with the contents of your order to submit.
    A receipt is generated with a confirmation number that you may print out for your records.
